Account admins can enable auto-join, which allows colleagues with an approved email domain to automatically join your Pitchly account. Auto-join can be enabled for accounts with or without SSO.
How to Activate Auto-Join
An account admin can activate the auto-join feature by completing this form and submitting a list of applicable domains and team assignment preferences.
Accounts without SSO: You can assign all new users to a default team of your choice.
Accounts with SSO enabled: Team assignments for new users can align with the groups or roles sent through your SSO provider.
How to Join an Account Using Auto-Join
Go to the Pitchly platform home page: https://platform.pitchly.com/
Complete the new user form.
Upon joining the account you will receive a welcome email from service@pitchly.com.
