Conversation Interface Tools:

The conversation display includes several key components that facilitate efficient communication:

  • 1. Contact Information: Opens a slider with detailed contact information of the recipient, including email and other contact details. Also provides access to Details, Workflows, and Conversation Lists. Contact management can be performed here.

  • 2. Template Trigger (/): Lets you auto-trigger message templates by typing / in the message box, then selecting the template you want to insert.

  • 3. Text Templates: Access to manage and use custom message templates for consistent and quick responses.

  • 4. Fields: Similar to Excel, this feature allows you to retrieve and insert specific information fields into your messages.

  • 5. Schedule Messages: Set specific times for when text messages should be sent to the recipient.

  • 6. Scheduled Tasks: View and manage past scheduled tasks for this contact. Shows "No scheduled tasks found" when none exist.

  • 7. Change Number: Select which phone number you want to use for this conversation.

  • 8. Send Message: Sends the message you’ve typed to the recipient.

  • 9. Add Tags: Apply custom tags to the conversation to categorize contacts (e.g., "interested," "follow-up") for better organization.

The Conversation Interface centralizes all the tools you need for effective customer communication. From selecting phone numbers and composing messages to accessing templates, scheduling, and tagging - everything is designed to streamline your workflow. This comprehensive design allows you to maintain context while handling multiple conversations efficiently, ensuring that no important customer interaction falls through the cracks.
