One of the benefits you have as an vendor on Pixlmob is access to receiving payments through Stripe! Even if Stripe is not currently available in your country, you will likely still be able to access Stripe through Pixlmob's unique Stripe Connect account.
Follow the steps below to get set up to receive payments in Pixlmob:
Create your vendor account on app.pixlmob.com.
Set your prices, add images to your portfolio, and complete the verification process.
Once your verification tests have been graded, you'll receive an email notifying you of the results of your test.
When you're approved to offer your services on Pixlmob, you'll see an option in your Pixlmob profile to connect to Stripe.
Click the option in Step 3 of your profile set up and follow the steps to connect to Stripe.
Enter your banking information where you'd like to receive payments.
Payments for completed orders will not be automatically deposited into your bank account. Once the payment has posted to your Pixlmob account, you'll need to request a payout from your profile. (Click "Pay out funds" from the left navigation panel of your Pixlmob account.) This will initiate the payout to your bank account, which can take anywhere from 3-14 business days to reach your account depending on your bank's processing times.
Important Notes:
The country you list on your Pixlmob profile must match the country of your bank account. If you selected the wrong country when creating your profile, send us an email at support@pixlmob.com and we'll change the country for you.
Pixlmob only provides payments through Stripe and we do not work with any other platforms, including PayPal or Wise.
Because Pixlmob utilizes a unique Stripe Connect account, even if Stripe is not ordinarily available in your country, you can likely still work with Pixlmob under our unique Stripe Connect account. You can see the full list of accepted countries here.
If you are a company of vendors (instead of an individual vendor), Stripe will likely ask you to provide additional information about your company to prove the bank account is correct.
The bank account must be in the name of your company.
Otherwise, you should select Individual (even if you have a company) if your bank account is in your name, and not the name of your company.
Stripe enforces a minimum balance in order to process a payout. You can review Stripe's minimums here.
