Plaato Airlock loses WiFi-connection

If your Plaato Airlock keeps showing a "Connection error" message in the app or the bottom LED is continuously on. Here is what to check 👇🏼

  1. Check that the WiFi your Plaato is connected to is working and within range.

    See "Unstable WiFi Connection" for more info.

  2. The Plaato Airlock might not be connected to the Plaato App. You will need to reset your Plaato Airlock and reconnect it to the app.¨
