There could be several reasons why your Plaato Pro device does not come on.
Please follow these troubleshooting steps to determine why.
Empty Battery
Unscrew the lid and take out the battery pack
Remove old batteries from the battery pack and replace with fresh ones
Reinsert battery pack and toggle the device "On"
You should see the three LEDs light up left to right and flash
Within a few seconds, your PLAATO Pro should show as "online" on your app
If your PLAATO Pro continues to not turn on, please proceed to the next steps.

Battery connections disconnected
Unscrew the lid and take out the battery pack
Check that both batteries are in contact with the poles as pictured below
Check that the battery pack terminals for the wiring are properly clipped on
Leave the battery pack out of the device
Toggle the device "On" and press the "Reset" button for 1 second
If your device still does not come on. Please write to Plaato Support using the messenger app at the bottom right of the screen or support@plaato.io letting us know:
You have tried replacing the batteries and testing the terminal
Your device has still not turned on
