1. Track my shipment

We are so happy to hear how excited you are to receive your PLAATO Pro shipment! As a new customer, you will have received a shipping notification email with a tracking link. Please click the link to see shipping status. If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, there may be a delay with the update of your tracking – don’t worry, it’ll update soon!

2. I didn't receive a link yet

All customers receive a shipping notification email with a tracking link. Please check your spam and junk folders as emails can sometimes end up in there!
Still no email? Don't worry, you'll receive your shipping link very soon. If more than 14 days has passed since your shipment confirmation, please contact support@plaato.io with your details and we'll do our best to help you.

3. My shipping status has not changed, what do I do?

Please click the tracking links to see shipping status. If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, there may be a delay with the update of your tracking. If the status does not change after 3 working days, please contact support@plaato.io and we'll do our best to help you.

4. My order is stuck at Customs. What do I do?
Your order might be stopped by the Customs Authority in the country of delivery.

Please contact your local customs office to find out why and how to clear your order.
