Adding parents and children ensures everyone is assigned to the right groups and can access the team information they need.
📝 Steps for Initial Setup
Parent Signs Up via QR Code – The parent creates their PLAI account using the QR code.
Accept the Parent’s Request to Join – Open the Members tab, approve the parent’s request, and assign the parent to the correct groups.
Ensure the Child Is Added – Check if the child appears in the parent’s account. If the child is missing, ask the parent to follow this guide: Adding a Child to Your PLAI Account.
Assign the Child to the Correct Group (Admin) – Once the child has been added to the team, go to the Groups page, select the relevant group (e.g., U12 Royals PLAYERS), and click Add Member.
Alternative Support Options – If the parent cannot add their child, email instructions or contact support@plaisport.com.
