This guide helps clubs keep parent and child accounts properly assigned to the correct groups, ensuring all members are synced and up to date.

  1. Confirm Parent Group Assignment – Open the Members tab and check that each parent is in the correct groups.

  2. Check Children’s Group Assignments – Locate each child in the Members tab, navigate to the Groups page, and confirm they are in the correct group (e.g., U12 Royals PLAYERS).

  3. Prompt Parents if a Child is Missing – Ask the parent to follow this guide: Adding a Child to Your PLAI Account to add their child and assign them to the club.

  4. Assign the Child to the Correct Group (Admin) – Once the child has been added to the team, go to the Groups page and click Add Member to assign them to the correct group.

  5. Reassign Children if Needed – If a child was added to the wrong group, remove them from the incorrect group and add them to the correct one.
