This guide provides an overview of how Employees can interact with Planbase.

Employees are users scheduled in Planbase and do not have administrative permissions. They primarily use Planbase to view their schedules, request changes, submit time-off requests, and update their availability.

You can access Planbase via our web application or our Slack App in your company Slack account.

You should have received an invite email asking you to set up a password for your account. Once your password is set, you can log in at app.joinplanbase.com.

Through the Slack app, you can edit your profile, manage your schedule, update your availability, and much more. See the below video for details on how to connect and use our Slack App!
