Go to the 'Trips' page which can be accessed on the left hand side of the PlanitEasy main page
Click on to the 'Import' button in the top right hand corner.
Select your trip file that you have saved to your computer.
Your file must be in an 'xls' format and it must have contain the fields in the screenshot below:
If your file has these columns, press the 'Next' button and it will populate correctly into the mapping fields shown below.
Press 'Preview' button at the bottom and if everything looks good, then press the button 'Preview done, import it' and your trips will be imported into PlanitEasy.
