New UI Update – October 24, 2025
We're excited to announce several powerful enhancements to PlanitEasy that will streamline your workflow and make itinerary planning even more efficient. Here's what's new:
Day Titles, Cities, Meals, Notes & Photos
We've streamlined your workflow by removing the extra daily content page and integrating its features directly onto the planner page. Now you can add day titles, cities, meals, notes, and photos to each day of your itinerary without opening another page.
Drag & Drop Reservations
On the right-hand side of your screen, you'll find all the main reservation categories. Click on any category to reveal its sub-categories, then simply drag and drop reservations into any date on your itinerary. It's that easy!

Add Reservation Categories
We've enhanced the functionality that allows you to add multiple types of reservations to your trip in one action, saving you valuable time.
Move Your Reservations
Flexibility is key! You now have the ability to move reservations from day to day using our intuitive new dragging tool.
Customize Your Reservations
Take control of your workspace by hiding fields in your reservations. Focus on and view only the fields that are relevant to your needs, and enjoy our clean new format.
Client Itinerary Pop-Up
Your client itineraries will no longer open in a separate page. Instead, they'll pop up and display your client-facing view on the same page where you're adding reservations—keeping your workflow seamless.
Profiles Page
New and Updated Profiles Format: A fresh, modern design for easier navigation
Enhanced Sabre Syncing: Improved integration for smoother data synchronization
Marketing-Focused Exports: Export options designed with your marketing needs in mind
