In the planner page you have different tabs:
Trip Information tab:
This tab lets you add/change the lead advisor, the lead traveler, trip currency and many more functions. It's a great section for a source of truth for your trip notes.
Travelers tab:
This tab lets you add/remove your travelers from your trip, send them forms or messages and also be a quick source of traveler information ex. DOB, phone, email, status and who's paying.
Reservations tab:
This tab is where you can email import reservations from your supplier, import from Sabre using PNR's or enter reservations manually. You can 'move reservations' from one day to another and you can pre-add bulk 'reservation categories' of reservations you plan on having in this trip.

Received Forms:
This tab will have a page dedicated to listing the forms your travelers have sent you. Trip request forms, travelers information forms, credit card authorization forms and all types of dynamic forms.
Documents:
This tab will let you upload any documents that pertain to this trip.
Banner picture:
In the banner picture you will be able to change the title of the trip, the date and the status. You can also change the banner picture by clicking on the camera icon on the top right corner.
Collaborators:
You are able to assign collaborators to help you with your trip by using this feature. Your collaborators will be able to see all information pertaining this trip including profiles and forms.
