Quick steps
In PlanitEasy, go to the dashboard and click Submit Sale (under Create).
2. Select your booking advisor, DK/customer, and traveler.
3. Click 'Add Segment' to add booking details as needed (this mirrors Advisor OS Create Booking: insurance, vendor, accounting line.
4. Add one or more segments, then submit everything together.
What happens next
The submission creates the trip for you (no separate manual trip creation needed).
In PlanitEasy, open Submitted Sales to review the submission details/status (often shows as queued).
In Advisor OS, go to Pending Bookings to find the submission and confirm the Trip ID matches PlanitEasy.
Important notes
Review carefully before clicking Submit. After submitting to the back office, you may not be able to edit directly.
If you need changes, edit in PlanitEasy and resubmit.
Youll get a PNR/picking reference. Within about 5-10 minutes, it should appear under Travel Transactions.
