Where to find “Submit Sale” in PlanitEasy
Open the PlanitEasy dashboard.
Locate the Submit Sale button directly under the Create button.
3. Start the submission by selecting:
Your booking advisor (the same advisor you would use for Advisor OS login purposes)
Your DK/customer
Your traveler
Add booking details (mirrors Advisor OS Create Booking)
The submission flow in PlanitEasy is designed to mirror the Advisor OS Create Booking process.
From here, you can add the same types of information you’d normally enter in Advisor OS, including:
Insurance
Vendor
Accounting line
Add segments (single or multiple)
You can build the booking by adding segments:
Add a segment.
If needed, add another segment.
Submit all segments together.
Once submitted, the system will create the trip for you—so you don’t need to manually create the trip separately.
After submission: find it in Submitted Sales
After you submit:
Go to your Submitted Sales dashboard in PlanitEasy.
Find your submission and highlight/select it to review the details.
You should see the submission status update (for example, it may show as queued).
Verify the submission in Advisor OS
To confirm everything made it into Advisor OS:
Open Advisor OS.
Navigate down to Pending Bookings.
Locate the submission and open it to view details.
Trip ID match
The Trip ID you see in Advisor OS should match what you saw in PlanitEasy.
Important tip: review before you submit
Before clicking Submit, review the details carefully.
Once you click the submit button, it submits to the back office and you may not be able to edit the submission directly. If you do need to make changes, you can typically go back to PlanitEasy, make the edit there, and then resubmit.
After you submit: reference number + timing
After submission, you’ll receive a PNR or picking reference number you can use for tracking.
Within about 5–10 minutes, you should be able to see the submission appear in the dashboard under Travel Transactions, similar to how it would appear when using the Create Booking flow.
