If you are trying to add a supplier to a booking but PlanitEasy says it does not exist, and then when you try to create it as a new supplier it says it already exists — here is what to do.
Why This Happens
This usually occurs when the supplier exists in the system but under a slightly different name, or there is a data mismatch between the supplier directory and your booking search.
How to Fix It
Step 1: Search with a shorter name
Try searching for just the first word or a partial name of the supplier. For example, instead of "Depalm Tours International," try just "Depalm."
Step 2: Check your Suppliers list
Go to your CRM section
Click on Suppliers/Partners
Search for the supplier name
If you find it, check that the details are correct
Step 3: Contact support
If you cannot find the supplier or the error persists, contact the PlanitEasy support team with:
The supplier name you are trying to add
The Trip ID
A screenshot of the error message
