There are several, easy ways to modify your client itinerary after your trip has been built. The first way you can modify/edit the itinerary is by using the edit feature that will be found in multiple places throughout your itinerary.

In the image above, you can see at the very top where the Trip Title is located ("New Production Itinerary Sample") there is the small edit pencil icon which can be pressed if you'd like to modify the trip title.

In the image above, again, you can see that the same edit pencil buttons are available to be used to modify the Details section of the itinerary. You can edit the Includes/Excludes section, the Important Information section and the Other Information section.

Finally, in the image above, you will notice that you can edit the Trip Description section from inside your itinerary as well.

Perhaps the most useful tool we have for you though is the Content tab located on the left side of your screen. Below you will see the Content tab open.

The Content dropdown lists all of the segments of your itinerary, i.e. Overview, Summary, Daily Itinerary, etc. Most of these segments will be set to "On" in green, meaning they will be present on the client itinerary. However, if you would like to remove a particular section for one of your clients, you simply click the "Off" button and that section will no longer be visible to your client. This is a great tool if, for example, you have a group trip with modified experiences. You can use this section to tailor different versions of the same itinerary to the different segments of your group without having to recreate a whole new itinerary each time you want to make a change. With PlanitEasy it's as simple as a click of an On/Off switch. Simply save a version and you're done.

IMPORTANT: What is changed and then saved in an individual itinerary will not change what has been saved inside your main itinerary builder.  The change is ONLY made on the client facing itinerary where the changes are being made. This is done to enable you to create multiple versions of the same trip.
