Whether you are testing the client app as a new user to PIE or you are wanting to share your itinerary with a traveler to the client app, please have them or yourself follow the steps below:
1. Download the app from the play store or according to the mobile phone device you/they have.
2. Have your travelers sign up to the app using the same email address that you have them traveling with. Advisors testing the app must sign up to the app using a personal email address not affiliated to any work email you may be using on PIE. The personal email address must be associated to yourself (the traveler) on the trip if you want to see it in the app.
3. If the email address is already in your CRM, then add yourself or your client to the trip as a traveler by clicking on the 'add travelers here' box from within the planner page of your trip and continue to step 8.
4. If you or your travelers are NOT in the CRM already, click on the 'add travelers here' box from within the planner page of your trip as shown in the screenshot below.
5. Type just the first 3 letters of the name and then select 'add new'
6. This will open up a new CRM profile page, add the first and last name, then most importantly, the primary email address and press save at the bottom.
7. You now have added yourself or your client to the trip as a traveler.
8. Click on the Client Itinerary on the left and that will bring you to that page.
9. Click on the 'Share' button in the bottom portion of your banner picture. This will open a pop-up page.
10. You can either Check mark the box next to the travelers name and press 'share' OR type the email address in the box, click enter and then 'Share'.
