First, you need to purchase the seats. Click here to read how to add and upgrade seats.
Once you've purchased your employee seats, it's time to choose if it is a 'new employee' or a 'new independent contractor'.
This you do simply by navigating to the Users tab in your My Account section. Remember, you can always get to your account settings by clicking on your logo in the top right of the screen and clicking My Account. You will then find the Users tab in the left sidebar, as shown below.
Once you have selected if your new addition to your company is a new employee or IC, you must answer the questions prompted to you as shown in the screenshot below.
Upon completion of adding your new user, this will now make them appear in your user list. You must now check the small box to the left of each account name that you would like to allocate seats to. Below, you'll see I have checked one account, markbybrilliantexperiences@gmail.com
From here, you will click on the green Allocate Seat button.
This will pop up and you will click Yes, allocate it!
Now your seat has been allocated!
Important: These allocations are not set in stone. If you have an employee leave and want to use their subscription for someone else or you want to switch some seats around that is not a problem! Just head to the User section again to make the adjustments!
