How to create a client invoice

Step 1: Add reservations to the trip including prices.

Step 2: Add travelers to the reservations.

Step 3: Create client invoice from the 'Accounting' button on your planner page.

Step 4: At the top, in the 'Paying as' dropdown list, select either 'Individual' or "Group paying as 1',

Step 5: If 'Individual', select traveler or travelers who are paying for invoice.

Step 6: Select deposit amount/installment dates/final payment and click save.

Step 7: In 'travelers information' pick the traveler you chose to pay, under 'Inv' click the number '1' to view invoice.

Step 8: At the bottom right press 'send', enter recipient email address and select 'send invoice'.
