Adding Terms & Conditions/Important information to Itineraries and Proposals.

How to add Terms & Conditions, Insurance Waivers and More to the Itineraries and Proposals.

Step 1: Click on to your profile picture in the top right corner.

Step 2: Select 'My Account'.

Step 3: Scroll down and select 'Important Notices".

Step 4: Click on '+New Notice'.

Step 5: Add your T&C's hyperlink or copy paste the entire content into that section.

Step 6: Check the 'Default' box and it is automatically added to itineraries and proposals.

**Note** If you do not want it added to a specific document ex. Insurance Waiver, do not check the box, you will be given the option to add it later under that specific document.
