What is included in the Branding Package:

3. SSL Certification
4. Email Integration
Purchase of the Branding Package is required in order to complete this from the My Account page. Please ask a PlanitEasy representative via the chat function or email techsupport@planiteasy.com for pricing of the Branding Package if you do not already have it.
Domain Masking Set Up:
Step 1: You need to create a subdomain on your domain provider (ex.godaddy or host gator) and point it to client.planiteasy.com.
For example, If your primary domain is brilliantexperiences.com, then you can create a subdomain like trips.brilliantexperiences.com or travel.brilliantexperiences.com. You get to choose what to put in front of your company's name.
For example, your 'FIRST' DNS entry in your domain provider should look like this:
Type: CNAME
Name: travel.brilliantexperiences.com
Value: client.planiteasy.com
TTL: Default
Step 2 for SSL Certification: When you have completed Step 1, you have to provide PlanitEasy with the subdomain name that you chose.
We will then provide you with the 'name code' and 'value' to be entered into your domain provider as a second entry.
For example, your 'SECOND' DNS entry in your domain provider should look like this:
Type: CNAME
Name: (Name will be provided by us upon your first entry to your domain provider)
Value: (Value will be provided by us upon your first entry to your domain provider)
TTL: Default
Once it is completed please notify us and let us know you have finished step 2.
Make sure you have the url set up in you MY Account section (below) and your branding package will then be activated within 4-8 hours.
