How to set up the Email Integration as part of the Branding Package

Email Integration is now available as part of the Branding Package.

If you have purchased the Branding Package, then you can follow the steps below:

Email integration requires an email ID and a one time password. Steps for generating the one time password are listed below.

Outlook

To create a new app password for an app or device, take the following steps. You can repeat these steps to create an app password for as many apps or devices as you need.

  1. Go to the Security basics page and sign in to your Microsoft account.

  2. Select More security options.

  3. Under App passwords, select Create a new app password. A new app password is generated and appears on your screen.

  4. Enter this app password where you would enter your normal Microsoft account password in the application.

Gmail

If you use 2-Step-Verification and get a "password incorrect" error when you sign in, you can try to use an App Password.

  1. Go to your Google Account.

  2. Select Security.

  3. Under "Signing in to Google," select App Passwords. You may need to sign in. If you don’t have this option, it might be because:

    • 2-Step Verification is not set up for your account.

    • 2-Step Verification is only set up for security keys.

    • Your account is through work, school, or other organization.

    • You turned on Advanced Protection.

  4. At the bottom, choose Select app and choose the app you using

  5. Select device and choose the device you’re using

  6. Generate.

  7. Follow the instructions to enter the App Password. The App Password is the 16-character code in the yellow bar on your device.

  8. Tap Done.

Yahoo

  1. Click Generate app password or Generate and manage app passwords.

  2. Enter your app's name in the text field.

  3. Click Generate password.

  4. Follow the instructions below the app password.

  5. Click Done.

iCloud

  1. Sign in to appleid.apple.com.

  2. In the Sign-In and Security section, select App-Specific Passwords.

  3. Select Generate an app-specific password or select the Add button, then follow the steps on your screen.

  4. Enter or paste the app-specific password into the password field of the app.
