Moving from TESS to PIE: Agent Instructions
COMPLETE DATA EXPORT
-Admin of TESS account needs to email support@travelesolutions.com and request COMPLETE DATA EXPORT Including Clients, Trips and Bookings.
-Ask them to Include 3 columns: Trip#, Client# and Category of Supplier (Category of supplier may be difficult so this might have to be added by Agents).
-Make sure even the Notes tab from client profiles and Trips get exported if those are important to you.
-It will be up to you whether you want canceled or past trips/bookings included, please just be clear with your request.

Notes from any client or trip tabs should also be included.β
ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR DATA FILE
Once you have received your data from TESS, please make sure that if there is a trip with multiple bookings, all bookings are tied to the 1 trip. (Ex. Trip #555 can have 3 bookings - but they all need to be tied with trip #555 instead of a new trip.
In other words, It should be the same trip# for all bookings inside of 1 trip.
The reason we need the category of supplier recorded is so that reporting and reservation info is accurate. PIE Categorizes reservations by Supplier type for detailed reporting.
