From the Reservation tab of the Planner page, you can copy the email import email and forward the supplier confirmation email to this copied email. This will import the reservation to this trip. This currently works for hotels and flights. More will be added soon. Keep in mind that this will likely duplicate a traveler profile, so you would then need to merge any unwanted profile.
