Planniac gives you a unique way to conveniently schedule activities that you provide for all reservations.
Auto-create settings
In Admin Settings > General Settings, activate the auto-create feature.

Using the auto-create feature
Here are some examples of ways you might use this feature:

Arrival & departure transfers needed for every guest π. That's especially helpful for resorts in remote locations where transfers are part of every stay
Automatic arrival night dinner reservation request in your restaurant (so restaurant manager will follow up and reserve a table)
Automatic reservation billing reminder, for example if you do manual billing 30 days prior to arrival ποΈ
Time-limited promotions, for example "Free Champagne in Room" for reservations made during a promotional period π₯ when champagne is included
Setting up the feature
In Resources, choose the activity (or create an activity) that you would like to appear automatically on the calendar for every reservation.
Name it as you would any other activity
Turn on the "Auto Create" button
Select how the auto activity should be applied: by reservation, room or per person
Select a default vendor
Decide for what day the activity should be added (Arrival day, departure day, day after arrival, etc.)
Include any exceptions (not valid for same day bookings, etc.)
Indicate any specific dates this applies
Add itinerary notes the guest can see
Add a standard start/finish time
Now this activity will appear for every new reservation.
Important: Auto-create will only apply for new reservations that meet the criteria. Any reservations made prior to saving the Auto Create in Resources will not be affected.
