The group details area lets you connect reservations that were made separately. In this case, we gave a Nickname to the Begood-Meltdown Family Gathering and grouped the two reservations.
When plans are made for one, they can be easily duplicated for another. You can group as many as 16 rooms together.
Reservations that were made at the same time on Cloudbeds will already appear in a group. However you can still link additional rooms if those reservations were made separately. The following example is 4 rooms reserved together on Cloudbeds, with an additional separate reservation added to the group.
