Customizing Status Lists
In this area, you can edit all of the status lists for each type of activity.
Selecting the Activity type from the drop-down shows the current status texts for that activity type. This is the status that shows on guest itineraries and the Planns screen. On this chart:
- The tick box shows whether a status is Active. If itโs active it will show up on the dropdown lists when planning activities.
- New Status Texts can be added by typing the information in the first empty field.
- Tick whether the selected status should Confirm the tour
- Tick if a tour or transfer with this status should be on the driver list.
- Tick if the status should Cancel the activity and remove it from the list
- Tick if the status changes the activity to Zero Payable.
- Tick if the status should Hide on Cancel โ meaning once it is cancelled it should be hidden from the Planns page.
- Font colors and font style should be used to highlight the status in the case it is something that needs follow-up (eg. Need to Book is shown in red on the Front Desk screen so that it stands out as needing attention). It is recommended that all items requiring action be in red.
- Room Screen Text defines what guests will see as the activity status on their TV screen.
Status texts can be re-arranged by dragging the Status Text field however, if a new text has been added, it must be first saved before it can be dragged to a new location on the list.
Remember to select and set your status on all of the activity types, including Tours, Transfers, Concierge, Tasks, Flights.
