This allows you to create / edit the stock messages that can be sent to a guest regarding their tours or activities. These are only sent from the Front Desk Mobile. Each type of activity has its own list of messages. These types include Tours, Arrivals, Departures, Flights, Taxis, Spa, Rentals, Restaurant, Concierge.

You can rearrange the lists and edit them. We recommend having your most used messages appear at the top of the list.

Don’t forget to review the messaging texts for every activity type.
