This screen is the matrix of the resources you have set up, as well as the activities (services) they offer.
It includes resources like tour operators, spas, transportation providers, restaurants, etc.
It also includes internal resources such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, Beach Captain, Concierge, etc.
For example, for a tour operator, it includes the tours they offer and the pricing for each tour (including pricing for adults and children as well as additional fees that may apply). Note that there is no individual pricing for infants and if there is a different price for infants, that will have to be added into the tour form when the activity reservation is created.
Activity pricing can be edited directly on this screen. Once a price on a particular activity is changed, a red Save button will pop up on the far right. Click on this button to save the changes. Activity prices can be set on a per-group basis or as per-person pricing.
Activities can be filtered by activity name or by resource, either by clicking on the activity name or resource or by typing in the appropriate filter box.
