The Planniac Voucher uses a template customized in the Settings > Templates page to generate a voucher for guests sign. You'll print the voucher from the screen when you add or edit an activity. It's located under Operator Details & Vouchers subheading.
There's a tick box you can use to indicate whether a guest has signed the voucher.
This voucher they have agreed to participate in an activity, and they agree to the terms and conditions. Cancellation information specific to the selected operator can be included automatically on the voucher if you create the cancellation policies for that operator in Resources.
This is an example of what a voucher might look like, and you can customize it further in Settings > Templates.
The information on the voucher will come from a combination of your customized text, plus standard data fields. All the data about participants, prices, activity details, taxes, etc. comes from the Resources and activity setup, the Guests screen, Cloudbeds data, and the scheduled activity management page itself.
You won't need to customize the form each time you use it, because the data comes from information you've already set up and input in Planniac.
