When you use Planniac to organize guest activities like transfers and tours, the information is used in a lot of ways.
One very helpful tool is the mobile login for drivers and guides. It will show them a simplified version of all the plans that involve transportation.
A driver logs in with credentials that only allow access to the relevant information, nothing more. When they log in, they will see details about trips, times, vehicles and the guests going.
On the Tours & Transfers report, a user with front desk or admin permissions can assign the drivers, guides and vehicles.
