The Tour Calendar, found under REPORTS, is much more than just a report. It's an interactive report for managing tours and transfers, including tools for assigning your own drivers, guides and vehicles.

Keep a calendar of upcoming available tours from various operators, even if you haven't scheduled plans for any of your own guests.
Mobile version
Your drivers and guides can be scheduled and kept in the loop with a mobile login to Planniac. You'll need to set them up in Settings > Planniac Users. Then they can use m.planniac.com to see a daily schedule with their assignments and details about the trip.
