What to do if you see a blank Planns list, of if you cannot add or edit activities the Planns screen

In the event that Planniac is not responding the way it normally does, one of the following usually works.

  1. Refresh your browser

  2. Clear your browser cache (CTRL+F5 on PC or CMD+SHIFT+R on Mac)

  3. Check that popups are not blocked or enabled for this site

    1. On your computer, open Chrome

    2. Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked

    3. In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked

    4. Click the link for the pop-up you want to see

    5. To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site] Done.

  4. Quit and reopen your browser

  5. Try a different browser (ie Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Microsoft Edge) and see if the same problem occurs

  6. Restart your computer

If none of those procedures work and you have another computer nearby, try logging in to Planniac on the other computer. If everything works fine, then you know the issue is related to the computer or browser.

If the problem is the same on a different computer, there might be a Planniac software problem. Contact us immediately and we'll make sure it's a priority to resolve your issue! You can use the "Report a Bug" feature or contact us via "Messages".
