Did you know you can sign in to two different Planniac accounts using the same email address?

It'll work automatically if your Planniac login email and password are the same for both accounts. That's an easy thing to set up by going to your personal profile on Planniac and changing your login email address and password. (You'll find your profile settings in the upper right corner).

The next time you log in to Planniac and use your email address and password to sign in, the multi-property setup will work.

Planniac login can be found at <a href="https://frontdesk.planniac.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://frontdesk.planniac.com</a>

If you are a user on more than one Planniac account and your email address and password are the same on both, you'll see a list of properties that you are authorized to access. Simply select the one you would like to use.

Multi-property Admin Note!

You can use the same email address and password to use Planniac for multiple accounts after it's set up. However, Planniac's API connection to Cloudbeds cannot be done with a multi-account Cloudbeds login. It is important to use a unique Cloudbeds admin email for the connection of each account. This shouldn't be an admin email that appears on more than one account within a multi-account Cloudbeds setup. For example, don't use a personal login, use a more general admin login:

Or you could use another unique email address that already exists, like a company gmail address or accounting address.

That unique Cloudbeds Admin account will need to stay active. If it becomes inactive, the connected app (Planniac) will no longer work.

This inconvenience is only for establishing and maintaining the link to the app (Planniac). This does not mean that you have to use those separate logins for using Planniac going forward. It's just to make a unique backend connection for each property.

Hint: For the sake of simplification, you could create a unique Cloudbeds Admin on each Cloudbeds account such as:

Then if you have more than one connected app like Planniac and a POS or accounting app, you'll be able to use that same Cloudbeds admin.
