Lead Lost Reasons help you track why an inquiry did not move forward. When a Lead is marked as Lost, you can assign a reason to better understand what prevented the booking. Over time, this gives you valuable insight into patterns in your sales process.
Common examples might include:
Budget too low
Booked another planner
Date unavailable
No response
Scope not a fit
Tracking this information helps you move beyond assumptions and see real trends in your pipeline.
