To freeze your card:
From the home screen, tap your card
Tap Freeze
Your card will be immediately disabled. To unfreeze, follow the same steps and tap Unfreeze.
Terminate Your Card
If your card is compromised, you’ll need to terminate it permanently. Follow these steps:
Open the Plasma app and go to Card Settings.
Tap Terminate Card and confirm the action.
Important Notes:
Termination is permanent and irreversible. The old card details will no longer work.
Your account balance remains unaffected.
Replace Your Card
After terminating your card, a new virtual card will be issued automatically. The new card will include updated details such as a new card number, expiry date, and CVV. These details can be securely accessed within the Plasma app.
Additional Steps for Apple Pay:
To add your new card to Apple Pay:
Open the Wallet app.
Tap the + icon and select Debit or Credit Card.
Enter your new card details manually.
Review Transactions and Update Password
As a precaution, review your recent transactions for any unauthorized charges and flag them for investigation. Additionally, update your Plasma account password to enhance security.
