To close your Plasma One account:
Go to Settings
Tap Close account
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm
Please ensure to move all of our funds from your cash balance, earn, and rewards ahead of closing your account.
What data is deleted or kept:
Deleted: When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your account profile and personal details (such as your username, profile information, and contact details) once we no longer need them.
Retained: We keep certain records where we are legally required to. In particular, identity and transaction records collected for KYC, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and fraud-prevention purposes are retained for the duration of your relationship with us plus a further period where required by anti-money-laundering or financial-services law, and longer where regulatory-reporting requires it. The exact period depends on the type of record and the laws that apply to it.
On-chain data: Because of the nature of blockchain technology, transactions and other data already recorded on-chain cannot be deleted by you or by Plasma, even after your account is closed.
You will still be able to withdraw funds after account closure.
