Where to find your PIN
From the home screen, tap your card
Tap View PIN
Tap Reveal PIN
Authenticate using your device (i.e. Face ID)
Your PIN will be displayed on screen
Your PIN is hidden by default and requires device authentication each time you view it. This is a security measure to protect your account.
If your PIN shows stars instead of numbers
Try the following:
Make sure Face ID or your authentication method is on, this is required to complete the reveal
Force-close the Plasma One app and reopen it
Check you're on the latest version of the app
Try the reveal again
If it's still showing stars after those steps, contact support in the app with your device type, OS version, and app version and we'll look into it.
Can I change my PIN?
PIN changes aren't available in the app just yet. We'll let you know as soon as this feature is live.
