Overview
Your physical card is shipped inactive. To activate it, use the Plasma One app, enter the last 4 digits printed on the card and set your PIN.
Before activating your card, ensure that you have completed the identity verification (KYC) process and that your region supports card activation.
Shipping the card inactive reduces the risk of use during delivery. Keep the card secure and do not share your PIN or app passcode.
How to activate your card
Open the app on the home screen, and tap on the image of your Plasma card to open the card carousel.
Swipe horizontally through the card carousel to locate your physical card and tap Activate your card.
Enter the last 4 digits found on the back of your physical card.
Set your PIN, then confirm it.
You will see a success screen when activation is complete. Your card is then ready to use.
If the digits you enter do not match your card, you will see an error. Check the card in front of you and try again.
If you cannot see your physical card in the app, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Ensure you are swiping through the card carousel on the card screen. The physical card should appear alongside your virtual card.
Close and reopen the Plasma app to refresh the interface.
Verify that you have completed the identity verification (KYC) process in the app. Without this step, card activation may not be available.
If the card still does not appear, capture screenshots of your app's home screen and card carousel, then contact Plasma support for further assistance.
How do I change my PIN later?
You can change your PIN at any time from your card's Settings in the app. You will be asked to confirm the change using the authentication method available on your device.

Can I use my physical card with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
If your card, device and region are eligible, you can add the activated card to Apple Pay or Google Pay. Follow the instructions in the related article for your wallet.
