Overview
Your physical card is shipped inactive. To activate it, use the Plasma One app, enter the last 4 digits printed on the card and set your PIN.
Shipping the card inactive reduces the risk of use during delivery. Keep the card secure and do not share your PIN or app passcode.
How to activate your card
Open the app and go to your card screen
Select your physical card and tap Activate your card
Enter the last 4 digits printed on your new card
Set your PIN, then confirm it
You will see a success screen when activation is complete. Your card is then ready to use.
If the digits you enter do not match your card, you will see an error. Check the card in front of you and try again.
How do I change my PIN later?
You can change your PIN at any time from your card's Settings in the app. You will be asked to confirm the change using the authentication method available on your device.

Can I use my physical card with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
If your card, device and region are eligible, you can add the activated card to Apple Pay or Google Pay. Follow the instructions in the related article for your wallet.
