For Unverified Users:
Log in to your account.
Navigate to the top right corner and click on the profile icon .
Select [Profile Settings].
Make sure that you are in [General] section.
Input the new name you wish to use on your profile.
Click on the [Save Changes] button to update your information.
For Verified Users:
If your profile is verified, any changes to your name must be requested through our Customer Experience Team.
