Wallex Global Operation Schedule
Our schedule follows the official holidays according to the operating Country/Region. While we strive to maintain normal operations during business hours, please be aware that certain holidays in different countries may affect the processing time of transactions or responses to inquiries.
International Transfers and Delays
When initiating international transfers or transactions, please consider the business hours and holidays observed by financial institutions in the provider's and/or recipient's countries. Delays may occur if the provider's and/or recipient's bank or financial institution is closed due to local holidays or non-business days.
Impact of Local Holidays
It's important to note that delays in processing transactions or responses to inquiries may occur due to local holidays observed by financial institutions in specific countries. These delays are beyond our control and are influenced by the operational hours of the relevant banks or financial entities.

For example, Central Time (CT) refers to Central Standard Time (CST) or Central Daylight Time (CDT), depending on which is currently in use. In practice, this means that the local time in these time zones changes when DST (Daylight Saving Time) begins and ends.
