Receiving a FIAT Transfer

Steps:

  1. Go to your FIAT account.

  2. Select the "Receive" button.

  3. You will see the two options: "Wire Transfer" and "Card Top-up"

  4. Selecting Card Top-up will direct you to the Card top-up screen.

  5. Selecting "Wire Transfer" will show a window with your account details.

If you have not passed the KYC/KYB process, your FIAT account cannot have a generated IBAN.

Timeframe

What is the Expected Timeframe for the Funds to be Credited in my Account?

Wire transfers usually take 3 to 5 business days. In case it's been more than 5 business days and your incoming wire transfer hasn't been credited, please provide us with the official bank receipt of the transaction so we can start investigating the case.

What are the Recommended Steps if a Transfer not Reach my Account as Expected?

Please contact the Sending Bank to know the status of the transaction. In case they confirm the execution of the operation, ask for the official bank receipt and contact our support channel with the document.

Common Rejection Causes

Common rejection causes are - Wrong beneficiary name / Wrong reference / Wrong beneficiary bank details.

Steps:

  1. Go to your Crypto account.

  2. Select the "Receive" button.

  3. A window with your wallet string and a QR code will appear. You can either share the QR code or copy the wallet to your clipboard.

What is the Expected Timeframe for the Funds to be Credited in my Account?

The timeframe for crediting crypto payments may vary on the network of the asset, the current traffic and the volatility. However, it will usually takes between thirty minutes and two hours to complete the process.

What are the recommended steps if a transfer has not reached my account as expected?

Ask for the transaction Hash/ID from the Sender (often abbreviated as tx hash or txn hash). This can be used to track the transaction and serves as a record of the transaction. It contains information about the sender and receiver addresses, the amount of cryptocurrency sent, and any additional information such as a memo or destination tag. This information is important for tracking and verifying the transaction.

Sending crypto to the wrong address will result in lost funds, as transactions are irreversible. Double-check the address carefully before confirming.
