Once you qualify for VIP (Level Sapphire I) or join via VIP Matching, you’re assigned a dedicated VIP Host. Your host takes the time to understand how you play, what you value, and what keeps the experience fun for you, then tailors your VIP journey around that.

When your host is assigned
If you organically level up, your host will be assigned on Level Sapphire I. If you join through VIP Matching, your VIP Host is assigned from day one. They’ll support you throughout the introductory period and beyond.
