I sent a cryptocurrency that is not supported. What should I do?

If you’ve accidentally sent an unsupported cryptocurrency token, please contact us as soon as possible and provide the following details:

  • Your username

  • The type of token sent

  • The transaction hash

  • The wallet address used

Once we have this information, we’ll forward your case to our payment team for review.

Can you recover an unsupported cryptocurrency deposit?

In some cases, recovery may be possible. Our payment provider supports listing new assets if the token was sent to a wallet address we control and the token still holds value.

Please note that recovery is not guaranteed and depends on technical feasibility.

How much of my deposit can be recovered?

If recovery is possible, we will credit 80% of the deposit value as a goodwill gesture.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a full recovery.

How long does the recovery process take?

Recovery timelines can vary depending on the token and technical requirements.

Once your case is escalated, we’ll keep you informed and update you as soon as we receive feedback from the payment team.

⚠️ Important Reminder

Please always double-check that a cryptocurrency and network are fully supported before making a deposit to avoid delays or potential losses.
