Are you a Plezi user and want to create a post on your social networks from Plezi? This article will be very useful to you!
In Plezi, this feature allows you to plan and prepare your posts before publishing them on your social media.
Prerequisite:
You should set up your social networks from the brand identity or from your publisher.
Have a Link resource (blog post or pricing page) to which your post will be linked (required)
Where can you find the feature?
See you in the Acquisition (1) tab, and then in the menu, check social media.
In this section, you will benefit from two essential features:
Calendar, you will find your editorial plan, showing all the dates and schedules of publication.
Post: This space gives you access to the complete list of all publications that you have prepared in advance.
Create your post
Go to the calendar page and click on "Add a post" or on the "+" icon of your calendar to create your post.
Then choose the resource with which the post will be associated (in our case, our associated resource is the contact request).
On the redirect page:
Select the social network of your choice (1).
Write your publication (2).
Select the date on which you want the post to be broadcast. If you add your post using the "+" option in your calendar, the date will be added automatically. (3)
You also have the option to assign this publication to a colleague if necessary (4).
Schedule your posts
The tracking link is automatically generated and displayed once you have selected the resource associated with your publication.
The shortened link is created once you have saved your post.
The link post is the link to your publication on the social media network (after publication). You can add it after your content has gone live.
Find your posts:
Go to the "Post" section to access the list of your scheduled posts.
Once you have posted a post, you can mark it as "published" with a single click using the dedicated option, which will allow you to follow up.
You have several options at your disposal, such as deletion, filtering (by date, network, assigned to, or post status).
Good to know
The tracking link varies by social network and cannot be modified.
Like the tracking link, the shortened link is generated automatically and changes depending on the social network.
You also have a dedicated space in your resources, which allows you to create and edit your publications.
