Why don't I receive any notifications after submitting a form?

Your leads submit your forms, but you don't receive any notifications after this action? Don't panic, we'll explain why!

The main objective of this article is to guide you through the steps necessary to ensure that you receive notifications after your prospects have submitted a form. We'll look at the form parameters and show you how to add an e-mail address for notifications.

Step 1: Modify the form associated with your content.

To begin with, you need to access the form associated with your content. To do this, simply go to your content and navigate to the "Conversion" tab, where you can edit the form in question.


Step 2: Add the e-mail address to be notified.

Once in the conversion tab and in front of your form, look for the "Thank you" option. This is where you'll find the "Collaborator to notify" option, where you can add the e-mail address to which you'd like to receive notifications once the form has been submitted.
