Finding a specific project in the Plnar Portal is simple with the right tools and features. Whether you're searching by the reference number, filtering by status, or browsing through your project list, this guide will walk you through the steps to quickly locate the project you need.
Log in
Head over to the Plnar Portal
Use the "Forgot Password?" feature if you need a password reset.
Once you are logged in, you are taken to the Project Explorer page.
Search Bar
You can look up claims in the Portal using the search bar located in the top left hand corner of the Portal's Project Explorer page.
There are a couple of different ways to look for a claim:
Enter the Project ID
This number will be in the format "SNP-XXXXXX" or "PRO-XXXXXX"
Enter the Claim Number
When you use the claim number, make sure that do not add anything before or after the number. For example, if you have a "-01" after the claim number, the portal will not recognize the project you are looking for.
You may also want to remove dashes if present and give it a try that way.
Filters
The Portal offers robust search functionality and customizable filters to help you narrow down your results quickly. For example, you can search by All | Open | Closed projects.
Filter by Status (learn more here), or by initiation date & channel. Simply select your filters and click off of them to apply the search. It even allows you to Save Segments for easy searching later.
If the project you are looking for is in a "closed" status, you'll receive a "No Results Found" message when using the search bar. Use the Eyeball Icon at the top right to tell the system to look in All projects (open or closed).
Clear Filters
Click CLEAR FILTERS at any time to reset all selections and return to the full project list.
Save Segment
If you use certain filters frequently, click SAVE SEGMENT to save your filtered view.
This creates a reusable segment you can access anytime without re-applying filters manually — great for recurring audits, team oversight, or workflow reports
