If you are on a monthly membership subscription and would like to cancel your subscription and stop future payments from processing, please follow these simple steps:
Sign in to the PLO Mastermind Website.
Click on your user profile menu in the top right-hand corner.
Go to Billing > Subscriptions.
Once in your Subscriptions tab, click on Cancel (to the right side)
Confirm your cancelation.
After canceling your subscription, you will still retain access for the remainder period of the membership. For example, you join the monthly membership on Jun 15, then cancel subscription on Sep 5. You still have access to the membership until Sep 15 (for the previous Aug 15 - Sep 15).
Note: 6-month and 12-month memberships also renew automatically, so you must cancel them before they auto-renew if you do not want to continue.
