Before starting with PLOT Procurement, some decisions should be made on integrations.

Submittals

  1. Click the Sync button (1 in image below) on the Procurement tab, then click Sync Submittals.

  2. You can now either

    1. Create Materials from your Submittals (steps 1 & 2 in the image below).

    2. Manually create a Material and connect one or many Submittals to it (click the dimmed partner icon shown in step 3 below).

Activities (from CPM schedule)

You can use activities from your CPM schedule (Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, others) as your Orders' Required on Site date. After a connection is made and the schedule is updated, PLOT automatically updates the Orders' R.O.S. date.

  1. Choose between direct upload (e.g. .xer, .mpp files) or read from Project Management software (e.g. Procore Schedule module). Once you choose direct upload or PM sync, you are restricted to updating your schedule with that option for that project.

  2. Now, when adding an Required on Site date to an order, you can choose a date OR click the Gantt icon (1 in image below) to select one or many activities (2) whose earliest Start Date will act as the R.O.S. date. You can add Shakeout Days (3) to get material to site x days before
