When a corporate account is created, an administrator must be assigned.

The administrator can be a specific person or a general email address where different people can log in with that email address and password.

The administrator has access to the charging stations and can create employee accounts and consult charging transactions.

In addition, the administrator can also consult invoices and reimbursements and forward them to the accounting department. It is also perfectly possible to add the email address of the accounting department to the invoice data so that they automatically receive the invoices by email.
